Richard has served in full-time ministry since 1998 and has been the dad of a special needs kid since 2002. Richard, along with his wife Sara and their four kids, live in the D/FW area. He spent time traveling across North America, leading worship in venues large and small. Richard’s heart is to see Special Needs families touched and transformed by the power of God’s grace…strengthening marriages, instilling compassion in siblings, and equipping the local church to meet the spiritual needs of families impacted by special needs.

Board Members

  • Robert Hudson
    Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Robert Hudson, grew up the youngest of three boys. Robert has served nine years in the military as a Combat Medic, where he met his wife Christina. Robert, has also, served five years in law enforcement, 3 years as a civilian medic, and now works in the Information Technology field for Sagewire Solutions as the Technical Operations Manager. Robert and Christina have 2 sons, their oldest is diagnosed with Asperger's Autism and their youngest is currently being evaluated. Robert and Christina are members of Trinity Church at Cedar Hill and assisted with the implementation of their Special Needs Ministry Sensory Room.

  • Kevin Delp
    Kevin Delp is a partner with Focal 5 Group, a mergers and acquisitions firm that focuses on next generation business transitions and equity partner negotiations. He brings 17 years of corporate ownership experience in Sales and Marketing. As a National Sales Director, he managed 250 sales representatives and 12 regional trainers. As Marketing Director, he effectively created and distributed Client Specific Dossiers for both large corporate and non-profit entities.
    His genius for brand management including identity, name, collateral, and web presence offers clients the most up-to-date industry-specific competitive advantage. His sales and marketing training forte at the local, regional, and national levels have benefited clients in most of the fifty states and Canada. Motivational seminars and conference speaking have given Kevin a broad experience with varied target markets, which has enabled client performance.
    Having successfully owned and sold multiple businesses, Kevin's entrepreneur mind understands the heartbeat of business owners and provides the technical expertise to customize integrated marketing campaigns for a variety of clients. His creativity and management style has built company success by offering client profitability and owner respectability.
